RESERVING YOUR DATE
To secure a date, we require a signed Contract and 25% deposit of total services (non-refundable and non-transferable). All bookings are made on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
We invite you to our Studio for a trial - by appointment only. There is plenty of free parking in the lot. Each trial may take less than, or last longer than the 1 hour time slot, but is not to exceed 90 minutes. If we are unable to achieve the look you desire after 90 minutes, we can either schedule another trial with you, or you may opt for another Artist, if available, (re-booking fees apply for either option).
Bridal Trials are an optional service and must be paid in advance, by check or credit card. The payment must be received and clear prior to the trial date. If you cancel/re-schedule, miss your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late (without 24 hours minimum notice from the start of your scheduled time), you will forfeit your trial payment/ and appointment. If you choose to book another trial, you will be charged another trial fee - same policies apply to all re-bookings.
We strongly encourage using your Bridal Trial ONLY for its intended use - as a preview of your wedding day look. Should you choose to use your Bridal Trial for any other purpose (including engagement pictures), you will still be responsible for payment regardless of weather conditions, etc., should you need to cancel/reschedule without 24 hours minimum notice from your appointment time.
A $25 late fee will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a Client is late for a scheduled appointment time. If the scope of your Contract cannot be fulfilled due to a client’s tardiness, the person who has signed the Contract is still liable for the balance of payment. The Artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished hair/makeup due to any client being late. *If a client/wedding party is more than one (1) hour late without making contact with us, the assumption is that the client is a no-show. This results in the forfeiture of all deposits/payments and the person who has signed the Contract is still responsible for balance of payment.
You may cancel your event date at any time (in writing), however, any deposits/payments made will be forfeited. If you cancel your event date 30 days or less from the event date on your Contract, you are still responsible for the entire balance of payment, due by event date on your Contract. The person who has signed the Contract is the only person authorized to submit a change. We reserve the right to cancel a client/wedding day booking at any time, refuse service to anyone and/or leave premises, without penalty and without refund of deposit/payments made, in circumstances where there is a mismatch in expectations and/or the client is uncooperative, not open to suggestions, verbally abusive/ threatening or makes any member of our team feel uncomfortable.
If you wish to decrease the total number of people receiving services at any time after we receive your signed Contract/deposit, you will still be responsible to pay the entire balance as listed on your Contract - due on the event date. No exceptions will be made.
If you wish to add additional people for either service after we receive your signed Contract, please submit the request in writing to Flawless Finish Artistry, LLC so we can confirm if we are able to accommodate the request.
